Catholic Hospice receives proclamation for Healthcare Decisions Day

Town of Miami Lakes special presentations meeting, Council members presented a proclamation to Catholic Hospice and Vitas Healthcare in observance of National Healthcare Decisions Day on April 16, 2022. Catholic Hospice is honored to receive this proclamation to mark the day to inspire, educate, and empower the public about the importance of advance care planning.
