Catholic Hospice partakes in Miami Lakes’ annual Reindeer Run

On Saturday, December 9, 2023, our Clinical Care Manager of the Silver Team, Carmen Sanchez, and Silver Team Nurse, Lisny de Varona , participated as runners at Miami Lakes’ annual Reindeer Run, which is a festive run organized by the town’s Veterans Committee in support of local veterans. This is not Sanchez’s first time running at the event and she encourages her team members to participate with her. Also, present as a runner was Miami Lakes Mayor, Manny Cid. In addition to our runners, Volunteer Services Manager, Lourdes Iglesias, represented Catholic Hospice as a volunteer for the event. Way to go, Carmen,  Liany, and Lourdes for supporting our local veterans!
